The loanfactory folks are awesome. a) they are simply the best rates around, b) they are on the top of their tasks for a quicker closure, and always working with you. I have been working with Ryan and Lani during the past loan (have done 3 more loans with them before), and they have been an absolute rock in getting the loans done and deal with the last moment twists and turns.
